Perfect for baking Manx Bonnag; a traditional, non-yeasted soda bread.  This is a soft wheat flour with raising agents. Contains 10.1g protein per 100g.

Available in 1kg, 16kg and 25kg bags.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, wheat gluten, raising agents: sodium acid pyrophosphate, salt & sodium bicarbonate (allergens in bold).

Storage: Once opened store in an air-tight container.

Shelf life: 6 months – date on packet.

Packaging: paper bag.
