  • 150g Laxey Glen Mills Sunrise Wholemeal Flour
  • 100g Caster Sugar
  • 120g Oats
  • 1 tspn Bicarbonate of Soda
  • 150g Manx Butter
  • Large dessert spoon Syrup


Mix flour, sugar and oats together in large bowl, Gently melt together in a small pan the butter and syrup. Pour melted ingredients into dry ingredients Make small balls of mixture and spread out well on baking sheet - makes 24 to 30 Bake at 180c gas 4 for 10 mins.
